Time is Running Out to File Canadian Income Tax Forms For Legal News

It is April already, which means that Canadian income tax forms are due and many will be putting this unpleasant chore off until the last possible moment. It's also tempting to question why you have to report your income and pay your fair share, so that the government can waste it. But the definition of "waste"is open to a lot of debate, especially when much of this money is getting spent on things like health care, education and the arts.

Franklin D. Roosevelt said that taxes are the "dues that we pay for the privileges of membership in an organized society." Yet, another view of taxes is that they are a violation of an individual's liberty. Which view is correct, it's hard to say, but one thing is certain, everyone hates filling out income tax return forms. This may be because the forms are complicated, the boxes are too small, the instructions are too vague, and the time involved can be significant.
